For one week we are taking to the beach, on the beautiful island of Terschelling. Wake up to the sounds of the waves and embody something that only being in nature can bring to you. 1hr 15 per day, a new elemental theme every day as well!

Bring a towel or a mat and whatever clothes you need to feel comfortable :)
