Soestduinen and Soesterberg Airbase

Visit the peaceful forest sand dunes of Soest, on the way to the widest, in all likelihood, cycle lane in the world (45m): on the runway of Vliegbasis Soesterberg - this former US airbase now provides us with a beautiful nature reserve, nestled, as it is, in woodland, not too far outside Amersfoort.

Careful, there is a small hill on this one!
